School of Biosciences

Year 1 of the course is primarily located at the School of Biosciences in the heart of the main University campus. Located close to the civic centre and a short walk from the Students Union and the City Centre, dental students study the basic sciences of Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry which are the foundation for the practice of Dentistry. The School has recently undergone a major refurbishment, adding to the modern facilities it offers.
